Am I "full of myself"?

So I've got a picture on a chat program of myself and in the picture I have my shirt off. I didn't pose for the picture. It was taken by a friend when we were staying at a beach house this past summer.

Why would someone tell me I am "full of myself" when they a) only saw the picture and b) had not even spoken to me yet?!
