I just delivered my famous PB fudge to my co-workers
I'll spend the next couple of hours fending off requests for the recipe.


I'm so glad that part is over... now I can get back to focusing on the blankets I'm making...

turns out that "one notch above soft ball on a candy thermometer" is about 243 degrees
