While driving across town, do you ever get homicidal?
Edited on Thu Dec-20-07 10:14 PM by YellowRubberDuckie
I swear today these people were braking for no reason, going five to ten miles per hour UNDER the speed limit.I had to drive across town because I wanted to find some really nice, yet inexpensive towels at Kohl's for my mother since the only ones she has are about the size of a dish towel and threadbare.
Driving is a Privilege, not a right. Why don't people GET that?

1. YES.
In fact, GOPisEvil calls it my disease --- without fail, if I'm in front doing the speed limit or slightly over I've got someone up my ass. If I'm behind the person ahead of me is doing 10 mph UNDER the speed limit. :grr: It's almost FUNNY it's so predictable.

Driving is a CONTROL thing - you push this, you go forward. the same backwards, turn the wheel you go right or left. Brakes you slow down. Accelerator you go faster.

Only place in your life you are control.

Someones cuts you off, slows down, tailgates - you RAGE

See a therapist

People have been shot over road rage

7. I think it balances well with all the screaming and cursing I do in the car....
I don't think I need therapy. I think it's cathartic to scream and curse while I'm pissed. If I kept it in, I'd probably have a heart attack...

6. People here do not use turn signals
Also people here do not have common courtesy while driving.

There is also widespread gigantic fucking SUV + cellphone syndrome as well

8. there are times i wish i could blow up cars by looking at them
my personal favorite: i'm driving on the only three-lane road in town and the drivers in all three lanes are pacing each other and going 10 miles under the speed limit

and the asshole who sees your blinker is on and speeds up, only to fall back when you slow down

i fucking hate traffic...and this rage cannot be healthy

:argh:
