I'm just familiar with the neighborhood because I've sold a few houses there. The noise isn't bad inside those homes, but you would have to shout at anyone you were trying to talk to in the yard. Many have sold for much less than $99,000. They're ideal as rental properties... renting for approximately $850-$900 per mo.

This really shocks me. When I bought, around 8 years ago, I paid 2/5's as much as the least expensive (non mobile home) one above, with a little less square footage. And MUCH older - built in '62. The 'mostest' one is pretty close to me as the crow flies.
