I don't eat there often, maybe once a month or so, but it is always a treat for my wife and I. Nice and simple, 20 wings, pitcher of pop, and a boat of fries.

Of course, the best menu I have ever seen is in the best gyoza (pot stickers) restaurant in the entirety of Japan. their entire menu reads as:

Most men will never admit this, and no woman would ever admit it, but I will now share with you the stream of consciousness that goes through the mind of virtually every chicken wing lover while eating said wings and drinking beer.

The thought process goes something like this....

Walk into bar, order wings and a cold pitcher of beer. Beer arrives first. Giant gulp of beer. Then the thought process begins...

DAMN this beer is good. nice and cold. where are those wings? I'm hungry. Another gulp of beer. DAMN that's good. what the hell is taking those wings so long? another gulp of beer. if this beer is so cold, why is it warming up my stomach? gulp. gulp. snicker. listen to that asshole over there. who cares about his new snowblower? gulp. wings arrive. ohhhh mama....those look good. I have been looking forward to these all day. look at that freakin' blue cheese and celery. jesus christ those smell good. gulp. gonna have me a little drumstick first. lemme dip it in the blue cheese...ohhhhh mama! that's it! that's the stuff!!! DAMN that's good! i don't care, I'm gonna dip the bone in the blue cheese and eat the damn bone. crunch. crunch. gulp. what the hell is she lookin' at? she never see anyone eat chicken wings before? gulp. crunch. smack...man these are hot. another wing. blue cheese. celery dipped in blue cheese. holy god I could eat these for breakfast...another wing. burp. gulp. chicken wing eating rhythm developing. hella beer buzz with stinging tongue of hotness. slurp.
