If the bill is $20. How much a tip do you leave in rainy or snowy weather?

1. I usually tip 15%
So I'd probably tip 25% in bad weather.

4. I'd give him at least $10.
However, if the delivery person risks his/her life/vehicle doing a minimum-wage-plus-tips job to bring me lunch or dinner, instead of me risking my job to go pick it up, I'm not averse to tipping that person the equivalent of the full cost of the meal. In your case, that'd be $20, and I think that's fair.

5. rain - no big deal, unless it's torrential (like we had here last night)...
but if you're dealing with all that crap up in the NE - meaning bad, dangerous driving conditions - I'd give him a BIG tip, $10 would be the minimum, if I had enough cash in the house, I'd give him $20.

11. The worse the weather, the lower the tip - they need to learn to get a less-dumb job

than driving in bad weather.

:P

If the weather is beautiful - sunny, warm, good breeze - I'll tip real high, because that's saying "Smart man - you have a god job for this weather".

No, just kidding - for a $20 delivery, I'd probably give them $5. I'd normally give them $3 for that delivery, anyway. If the weather were really bad - dangerous snow or ice, say - I wouldn't be dick enough to order pizza and expect someone else to risk their life for my food needs.

15. Same here.
I worked one too many jobs in which I wasn't allowed to receive them, so—I tip freely.
