4. One could sprinkle it over Colgate or Crest. Problem is, the cat
would pitch a fit with or without it.

5. Maybe try getting the cat used to you scratching its face and chin first.
I don't know, most cats I've known were either too skittish to touch at all or would endure just about anything as long as they were getting attention.

10.  I gave up, and recently bought something called "Dental Fresh"
that you add to the water bowl, 1 tsp. per 8 oz water. Supposed to remove plaque and tartar and freshen breath. Found it at PetCo for about $6 for an 8 oz bottle. I don't know if it really works, I've only been using it for about 3 days, but I figured it was worth a try....
