They have a service for reporting spam to the appropriate Internet Service Provider.

And they have a service for filtering e-mail, placing suspected spam into a special folder, from which one can automatically report all spam mail in the folder with just one mouse click.

I have been using spamcop for several years, and have been quite happy with it.

Or purchase the product then sue them for false advertising. I've had thoughts of doing that myself. I don't have one either, but apparently they think they can make it bigger. :wtf:
