Dammit!! I have a headlight out!!!
I wonder if I can find a place to fix it at this hour. I hate to drive around without it. Especially because they were both installed at the same time. What is the other one goes out?

2. Do you have front fog lights?
I found when one of my head lamps blew that putting the front fog lamps on helped a little. Enough to get me around for a week until I could get the bulb changed.

Don't think about the other one blowing. That would be REALLY unlucky...

3. I don't have fog lights. Do have parking lights.
So other people can see me.

4. You'll manage. I frequently see people driving with only one headlamp.
So long as the parking lights are showing other drivers that you're a car not a bike then you'll be fine.

5. I changed my own headlight for the first time this weekend.
It was surprisingly easy. Just pop the hood, wiggle out the old one, plug in the new one, and wiggle it all back into place. Wallah!

6. Surprisingly easy for most cars...
until you get that one where the manufacturer thought it would be a good idea to put something important and complicated in the way so you can't reach the headlights... :)

I replaced mine with nothing but a screwdriver. My brother, who had the same model car as I did just about 10 years newer, had to go to a mechanic because there was stuff in the way that he couldn't get out without a bunch of tools and know-how he didn't have.

7. Wallah?! Well, I speak French better than you, so
I could probably do this, too. :)
