So I'm handling today's stuff pretty well. I hope you're having a much better than usual Monday too! :hi:

I wonder if he could have found a way to keep this going as Calvin grew up. Clearly Hobbes would have to change as Calvin matured, but there's a huge amount of potential in Calvin and his alter ego at each age. :)

5. as much as i hated to see C&H go...it was probably time

IIRC, Waterson stated that he was burnt out on it and rather than drag it on with what he felt was poor quality, he ended the strip.

I have a tremendous amount of respect for that.
