Last night I stopped @ Yannis Greek Restaurant (Columbus, OH) and got a Gyro on a Pita
(lamb, yogurt suace, veggies, and fresh pita bread) and hummus. I picked it warm after
calling in my order .... drove home and put it on a plate in the middle of the kitchen counter ...
I then had to step outside for 5 minutes ... and when I came back in "Flubie" ran into his
kennel which I call "Dog Prison" ...... I went out to the Kitchen to find Greek food scraps on
the floor ..... being very tired what did I do? I made the dog come out and clean up the floor...
that will show him. :rofl:

I hope the food doesn't upset her tummy. I hate to think what kind of dog toots await you. Damn you, by the way, for making me crave a gyro.

I've got a funny dog/human food story too....

The dog we had when I was a kid was the funniest dog I've ever known. Her name was Laverne and she was the biggest biscuit whore in the world so you couldn't walk into the kitchen without her begging for a treat (it didn't help that we spoiled her constantly). One day, my mom gets a small bowl of apricots for a snack and Laverne is moaning and jumping around for a treat. Mom ignores her. Mom then realizes she forgot her drink in the kitchen and so she put the apricots on the coffee table and walks back. Laverne is excited again and getting on mom's nerves so she says "Lavern, out NOW" and points to the living room. This pissed off Laverne so she walks into the living room and stands between the couch and the coffee table staring at the kitchen. The minute mom walks back in, Laverne looks her in the eye, picks up one apricot with her teeth, chews it up, looks at mom, and the spits it out on the floor and walks away! That was the day we learned that dogs can indeed say "fuck you asshole".

2. the speed at which he ran to his "dog prison" made me laugh

and hell I figured I might as well let him clean up his mess ....
he was so scared he was shaking when I called him. I had a beer
and made a sandwich.

BTW Yannis is wonderful the home made pita and hummus are awesome.
They make the pitas fresh every day.

Their Lemon Rice soup is great too.
