Okay, Here is the recipe for "The Cookies" (will cross post to C&B)

Brown Eyed Suzies

3 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar - firmly packed
2 Eggs - unbeaten
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Vanilla
Chocolate Mint Wafers

Preheat oven to 375.

Grease cookie sheets (or use a silpat or other silicone baking mat). Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream the butter. Gradually add the two sugars to the butter. Blend in the two eggs, the water, and the vanilla. Beat well. Add the sifted dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Wrap dough in plastic and chill for at least two hours.

Form chilled dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Place one chocolate mint wafer on the cookie ball and press to flatten slightly.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.
