Six and a half inches versus four and a half inches.
The gold and red fabrics are six and a half inches wide, but the green and brown are only four and a half inches wide.

How can I reconcile this difference?

4. If you know what you're doing
both should work fine, although one may be more visually appealing than the other.

And yes, I'm talking about your fabric.

8. And what about....
durability. Nothing more frustrating than fabric that doesn't last as long as it should. Have your checked for dry rot. Older fabrics are pron to it but it can happen any time?
