Let's list the movies that have no female characters!
John Carpenter's The Thing is the only one I can think of.

Any other all-male movies?

Yes, there are some female characters. Utterly irrelevant ones. I specified the studio cut because I know that the director's cut has a scene with some prostitutes in it, and also a dinner party with some women present.

I read that there was a major female character in an early version of filming, all of which got cut out. There was supposedly a scene with French colonialists at a dinner party that included women, as well.

115. IMDB says there was one
I initially thought of this one, too, but when I checked imdb they say Mary LaRoche played Laura Richardson. I guess that would be Gable's wife in the movie? It's been so long since I've seen it, I don't remember any women in that film.
