Well, I ain't going anywhere.
There's snow, with more snow coming, and sleet and freezing rain. All the schools are cancelled, and I don't even want to guess what the roads are like.

1. Aye-up.
A day to curl up in the comfy chair with a good book, a nice cuppa and Hayden concertos piped in from VPR. The plows haven't even made their first run yet. Only fifth generation Graniteheads will be out this early. But the first real snow fall is always pretty.

2. Funny storm! One minute heavy snow, then rain, then
sleet. I'm worried about the wind later and power outages but I've got my handy dandy emergency generator so I should be fine.

3. Former Merrimacker here.
Lived there for 16 years.
I don't miss the snow, but I guess I traded that for hurricanes (coastal Alabama).

We lived in the woods with a 250' gravel driveway.
One of the sweetest sounds was waking up to hear our plow guy out there at 5 a.m. and then roll over for another nap.

and car are covered in ice. I'm just waiting for it to melt off.
It will in a few hours. I'm just glad it turned to sleet and we
didn't get a ton of snow. I guess it's still snowing in ME though.
I can hear a snowplow now, not sure if it's in my driveway though.

Maybe more is on the way? Is this a lull in the storm?

7. Won't be pretty, but go here...

And adjust for Billirica (this just does the 93 corridor, which is what I travel). You can probably get the reports for Billirica and whatever highway that's off of.
