Undercover Photos: Restaurant keeps pork outside, hanging between garbage bin and a pile of trash

I removed the URL because these are the restaurant review guys I goofed on in two posts last week, and I know them...but this was a pretty good catch from their Web Site:

A lovely hairstylist submitted this photo from a restaurant on the peninsula. She says this restaurant will hang what looks like pork to air dry cook or whatever bacteria collecting slices of meat curtains to serve to unsuspecting customers. I've tried investigating on 2 different occasions and haven't seen the hanging meat but on my last visit, I saw fried chicken sitting on a tray right above the mopping pail.

Suggestion - Don't order strips of pork somewhere in the vacinity of a Walgreens.

2. Note that the reviewer said the meat "looks like pork"...

...at one point I'm sure it either went "oink" or "woof"...
