Terrible mis-matches all over the place. Ohio State gets to go to the national championship game once again just because they did not play in the last month of the season, and they were blown out last year, when they had a better team.

Hawaii vs. UGA? LOL. Geesh Louise.

USC vs. ILL?? Crapola game on a stick. USC will mop the stadium with ILL.

For crying out loud, put in a friggin playoff system already.

Division I-AA, Division II, and Division III already have playoff systems.

Use the existing major Bowl games (BCS bowls plus Cotton, Citrus, Peach, Outback) as playoff games, rotate the championship game among the big 4 (Rose, Orange, Fiesta, Sugar)

How in the hell do you have Illinois and Kansas, both ranked lower than Missouri, both of whom Missouri beat handily, going to BCS bowls, while Missouri is left going to the Cotton Bowl. Don't get me wrong, Cotton is a fine bowl, but the taste is bitter when your team really should be going to a BCS bowl, like the Orange.

College ball should go to a playoff system, it is the only thing that makes sense. But the big influencial powers in the media, the BCS and the bowl games want to be able to big and choose, push their favorites to the front, despite their record and their level of play. It is a goddamn travesty.

6. This season screams for a switch to a playoff.

Too many two-loss teams being punished simply for losing two games. This BCS has more to do with timing and marquee value rather than who are genuinely the best teams in the nation.
