I'm a sucker for those religious-themed jars with the candles that they sell for $1.50 at the Latino stores....kinda cool looking on the patio! And, Made in the USA (Miami)
Anyhow they usually have a saint type figure (with sometimes an African-sounding name -- Afro-Cuban/Catholic hybrid stuff.) While I don't have a cigar to offer the good Saint Simon, I have a lovely pinot he might like if he can really intercede in my behalf in all the areas listed here.
Anyhow here's the awkward Spanish-to-English translation on the candle:
OH! Powerful St. Simon I humbly come to you. Let your spirit help me in all actions and in any danger necessary.
If it is love, you will hold the person I like. If it is a business you will not allow it fail because evil can not have more power than your spirit. If it is an enemy, you will defeat him.
Oh: Powerful St. Simon, I offer you your cigar, your tortilla, your drink and your candles if you help me with any danger I might find. If it is for any debits that I can not pay, let the judge be satisfied and on my side on invoking of your name. Let everything be forgotten and in the name of the one you sold for thirty coins, that was given to the less fortunate.
