Fuck Verizon
Somehow they've withdrawn $95.00 from my bank account. I never authorized it, and now I'm in the hole.

Needless to say, Thanksgiving is cancelled

I control every payment that I make otherwise I would go in the hole too!!

3. Oh man, tell me about Verizon.
I just went through letters to the BBB and Attorney General complaining about their little "billing scams". They ended up sending me money back that I never even realized they took. Bastards.

4. Good news: I called and got them to fix it
Turns out that the bill was was split, and I was only getting charged a portion of the services.

I still to this day don't know how auto pay was set up. But it isn't anymore.

Bad news is that after all this time I was building up charges for a bill that was getting skipped.

So auto pay kicked in and subtracted what was owed.

I'm going to be all paid up, but I'm still out of what I thought I had.

I have no idea what to do for money now.

5. Remember the days when you could just write a check?
Autopay confuses the hell out of me.

Sometimes Verizon double bills and then you spend months trying to figure out if you owe them or they owe you.
