A couple of weeks ago I posted about the dog that "found" us.
Our black Lab Harry passed at age 13 in April 2006. This yellow lab came into our lives, not fixed, very friendly, collar but no tags or chip.

Posted several signs in surrounding neighborhoods and ads in 2 newspapers and on Petfinder.

I cruised for signs of a lost dog and would read the ads for lost animals in the paper. Nothing.

He is resting comfortably (but a little out of it) on our couch right now as I took him to our vet and got him chipped, snipped and all shots.

He's ours now, and we named him Brady.

The vet estimated him to be about 4-6 years old. He is so sweet! I gave it 3 weeks. Do you think I should have waited longer to see if someone claimed him? If my dog went missing for a day (which never happened) I would be going insane trying to find him.

2. Thank you for the response.
He does have a great home, and receives lots of attention and affection. I didn't realize how much I missed having a dog.
