A hello, a request, and some new fur baby pics...

Hello! Nice to see you again. You see, theres been too much going on in my personal life these past few months, so ive been mostly lurking. But I miss you guys and just wanted to pop in to say hello, and ask a small favor, if you have some spare energy...

Today has been the breaking point from a few months of hell and I am just fried beyond belief. Emotionally drained and exhausted. I could go on and on about the three (really 4) medical dramas that my immediate family has gone though and the stress its caused, but I just cannot deal with it. Needless to say, one pressing issue on which I could really use some vibes is for my grandmother. She suffered a big stroke this weekend, and is in the hospital and could use some good vibes. She is functioning, but at high risk of having another stroke for the next 3 weeks, until the blood on her brain clears so they can treat a heart problem which is probably responsible for the strokes. A big stroke now could be devastating. This has also put a great deal of stress on family members and their relationships. Please keep her in your thoughts if you have the time and energy.

Now to lighten the mood a bit, in august I adopted this little fella. He's 10 months old and his name is Shep. Say hi boy
