How is it that in an ad for free kittens
the kittens end up costing $65 a piece? I have no issue paying for kittens but don't post an ad for free kittens and then say in the ad that they are $65.

2. same thing happened to me when I found my lil kitten
on Craigslist a few weeks ago. the young lady came back with a $35 adoption fee, which she had not disclosed in the ad, I was a little pissed off but in the end we paid it. The girl is really sweet, takes in alot of animals and takes care of them on her own dime until she finds them a home. we gave her $40 for my lil monster and he is really a sweetie pie. I told her I would help her with donations in the future too.

4. Perhaps they want you to pay for shots and whatnot?
The kitten might be free, but it might already be in debt...

5. 2 reasons:
1. Keeps the bunchers and abusers away. May not actually take your $65 when you go to pick them up;

2. May have already vetted them (shots, spay/neuter, etc) and are just looking to get their money back.
