We had a gully washer here in the Nashville area last evening during rush hour. I want to rant. If you only feel comfortable driving 10mph on the interstate PLEASE do so in the far right hand lane. SOME OF US have been maintaining our vehicles and we have good wiper blades & tires. If people are passing you on the right perhaps you need to move over? If you are traveling in two lanes at one time blocking all the traffic you are a dumb ass. If I flash my lights at you it means move into one lane or the other. Blowing your horn as I pass you means you are clueless dumb ass. If you can't drive in the rain park it until it has passed over.
