I was waiting at the pharmacy , minding my own business
waiting for my prescription to be filled.... looking at the front of the counter
I noticed they had the pregnancy tests next to the overwhelming choices of condoms....
along with your lotions and liquids and then there was this

I am not posting the picture.....
just google the name and click on images......

its from Durex
and its called- PLAY
the description says:

A personal massager for woman
with flutter action.....

It threw me for a loop.....
Who would buy something like that at your local pharmacy???
not me.... the internets are my friend....

I am not a prude, far from it and that is not why I am posting this....
I guess it just surprised me....
alot of people are prudish about sex..... and there it is right out in front of the
pharmacy counter.....

:hi: :hi:

2. Haven't noticed, but that's great.
People getting less uptight about sex is a good thing.

I'd still encourage people to stick with quality gear though.

14. Depends on where you work
Since I mostly work in family planning/std clinics, that video looks pretty tame. I actually get to write off my "Good Vibrations" catalogs as a business expense (not the toys, just the catalogs: I'm not that lucky!)

What language is that, anyway? It sounds a bit like Portuguese, but I couldn't understand anything but the Americanisms: "okay", "hold on", "all right", "blah, blah, blah" etc. (I'm fairly good at Spanish and French, but my Portuguese sucks swamp water).

18. A few years ago while at the pharmacy
I noticed that behind the counter, at eye level they had penis pumps. I guess that I've lead a sheltered life because I didn't know what it was. When I got home I googled it and now I know.

Regards, Mugu

19. I was at Walgreen's the other day, and happened down the condoms, etc aisle.
Edited on Tue Nov-06-07 02:24 PM by mycritters2
I was amazed at the different lotions, etc. Didn't stop to linger for too long--small enough town that the single pastor hanging out looking at "warming lotions" would be front page news. Next time, I'll see if they have vibrators with "flutter action".

23. I tend to remove the caps and smell the lotions
As nearly everything else these days, most of them smell like fruit salad (kiwi-lime, strawberry-vanilla, peach-melon, etc.). There was one that smelled just like sandalwood, though. I was tempted to buy it and wear as perfume.

Have you ever noticed that Walgreen's keeps all the embarrassing stuff on the same aisle? Adult diapers, condoms, hemorrhoid cream, trusses, laxatives, etc. It makes it difficult to pretend you're just there checking out the prices on chapstick.

25. Hell, I wish they would have a counter where you could try that stuff out.
You know, like in the supermarket where they hand out free samples of sausage or cookies or whatever. And they would have really good looking people at the counter ;)

Now THAT would be service, my friend.
