Say I'm looking for a really obscure movie, the kind they don't sell on Amazon, where would I look?

Does anybody know a place on the web that maybe specializes in relatively rare foreign movies? I'm looking for a Finnish movie about the Winter War that was released in 1989, I believe, and I can't find it anywhere. Any suggestions?

Edit:
Well I'll be... it actually *is* on Amazon after all. I coulda sworn it wasn't there when I looked for it a few months ago.
