You don't have to be smart to do evil. In fact, most violent criminals are not rocket scientists. Rocket scientists may or may not be evil: it depends on what they want the rockets to do. Destroying London = evil. Launching weather satellites = good. Sometimes they're the same person, which is confusing, if all too human.

And take at look at the chimpster. That boy was off collecting four leaf clovers* when they handed out the brains, and it's going take generations to undo the harm he's caused.
