I vote the world changes their time to GMT.
Here's why:

1) We'd never need to change our clocks ever again.
2) The time differences go away - we just go to bed earlier or later e.g. California is on permanent 3rd shift.
3) Makes synchonising clocks easier when you move from timezone to timezone - there's no timezones so there's no problems.

Whatduthunk?

2. Sounds good to me
The southern hemisphere has winter in the summer, and summer in the winter, and they're used to it...so why not?
