How many trick-or-treaters did you have?
We had none last year, but today I bought a bag of Peanut M & M's in little individual bags anyway. Before anyone came, I counted the little bags and there were 17. After the last trick-or-treater came, there were 3 left. So we had 14 this year - surprising after having zero last year.

1. Jeebus Bob
where the hell do you live in San Diego????

We had at least 200 of the little ........ers

Every single person from somplace else came to our neighborhood in vans (they parked them all over our little block) and the mobbed us. it was really very horrible.

8. They do that in my neighborhood, too, but
not on my street. They go up and down Marlborough Drive in Kensington, by the hundreds, but they don't come a few blocks over to our street - it's just the local kids.

2. We had fewer than I expected...
Maybe 30ish...

I have tons of stuff left over...

I'm going to have to find someone to take it!

Otherwise, I'll eat it....and that's not a good thing...

:hi:

3. Not a one. Second floor in the city. I even went out with the dog
to see if I could see any little guys anywhere in the hood. No one under twenty on the street out here by the beach and a loud rock band in the cafe. Oh well.

4. I can only eat a couple before I start getting full
I put the rest in my freezer for later in the month.

Handy tip: try to get the ones who have gorged on Smarties. It gives'em a nice, tangy flavor.

I was the only one here for a while and I was listening to The Misfits pretty loudly so I might not have heard some, haha.

9. None.
I live in the country.

When my kids were small, a couple of families used to stop. Their kids were friends with mine, and they wanted to show us their costumes. After they left, I would take my kids to town to trick-or-treat.

I always buy candy and leave my light on anyway. There is a subdivision south of me, and I hope that some of the kids might stop. Some years they do.

14. We had approximately 90
Down from about 120 last year. Good thing I overbought! Some kids even came back later, but I didn't refuse them because we had PLENTY left over.

15. Probably about 100. Some of the little ones were adorable.
Some older kids, too, 7th grade or so, but still, very, very cute. Dressed as the Desperate Housewives.

They were all very polite and seemed to be having a great time.

16. Only about a dozen.
Lots of candy left. Our new house is set relatively far back from the street, and we are n00bs in the neighborhood.

17. Last year, I had only one kid.
This year, I had about 15, which included a group of 10 teenagers. Good thing I bought candy. I wasn't going to, but decided to play it safe just in case.

18. The same number as the last 14 years...
none. I live at the end of a dead-end road in the country so there is no traffic and the houses are very far apart. The kids would burn more calories than they take in walking from house to house.

Regards, Mugu

19. only 9 :(
I gave each lots of candy! My husband took the leftovers to give to workers at a construction site where he works, I have to get it out of the house so we won't eat it all.
I'm leaving my creepy stuff on the porch until Saturday :headbang:
