Garlic Smashed redskins and a really good salad...

And...

Squirt soda for me...

Lovely...

It really doesn't get any better than that...

At least for me...

1. How about that?
Sounds delicious!

I know you're lovin' your new oven!

We had prime rib too...

It was amazing!

We had new potatoes, and asparagus w/lemon juice!

I hadn't had roast beef in ages, and I really wanted some!

:hi:

5. I need a new oven
I tried to bake banana bread the other day and discovered my oven wouldn't heat up past 150 degrees. I thought it was the thermostat, because when I turned it up to broil, it seemed to stay on and heat up properly.

So last night I threw some rib eyes in the broiler...and ten minutes later, discovered they were sitting there warm under no flames whatsoever.

6. That sucks....
We were without an oven for about seven years...

We had an odd size range and had to redo the whole kitchen to make it work...

7. Yipes
Hopefully I won't have to wait that long! I have plans involving the carcass of a large bird in a couple of weeks. ;) (I'm a renter, so hopefully the landlord will take care of it in time.) Congrats on your new oven. :)
