I started a thread about "which major candidate is more liberal?"

I got three posts attacking the fact that Sharpton and Kucinich weren't in the poll, and was accused of having the same ignorant views as the NYT article. I explained three times that Sharpton and Kucinich would presumably sweep the poll, and moreover they weren't considered major candidates. I also added a disclaimer, stating why Kucinich and Sharpton weren't in the poll.

Then people misread the disclaimer as further hating on Kucinich and Sharpton, and the thread was eventually locked because I made the disclaimer all capital letters in a feeble attempt to get posters to read it. more likely it was locked because by that time it was a worthless and hate-filled thread. Which meant it was indistinguishable from most GD2004 threads.

I'm sick to death of these Democrat bashing threads. Personally, I suspect that more than a few really have other motives, but then I'd get this post deleted for thinking such thoughts out loud.
