It's my 100th post!

While I could use it to corrct the typo in my last entry, I'd much rather tell you all how much I enjoy your company... In spite of our differences, it is obvious to me that we are a community - a group with a like-minded goal of turning our country around. Some of us are for Edwards, some of us are for Dean, some of us support Sharpton, some of us Kucinich. Others work for Kerry, Lieberman, or a Green candidate. (If I didn' mention your favorite, that's OK. Kucinich (my guy) gets ignored every day by the mainstream media. All of us see the need for a drastic change. That's the point, I guess. Here we have a forum for action, for discussion, for ranting and raving.

That, truly, is what democracy is about. Keep working for what you believe in. Stand up! Speak out!

2. 100 posts and a Mac user

Can't beat that. All, my repub friends told me to buy a Dell or Gateway
when I finally gave in around 1999 and realized one of these damn things
needed to be in my home. The iMac was so easy to learn, I didn't have to
put up with those snots giving me advice, and I don't have viruses,
crashes, freezes, or the constant urge to upgrade. Best of all, I don't
have to buy crap from Bill Gates. I even use Mozilla for a browser.

I have to admit to not really giving a rats patoot about post counts, though I do suppose it does bring a certain respect or something.

Whatever.

I belong here. Been fighting the good fight at Yahoo, but just got sick of the trolls and dittoheads who seem unable to look at ANYTHING without their RNC filters.

I suppose over time I will get to the coveted 1k mark, but I spend way to much time reading and following links to use in my Yahoo wars.

That brings me to another reason I like this forum. It is a great place to find late-breaking news. If it's happened and it's important to me, someone has made note of it and posted the same on Democratic Underground.
