I like it cold but my dog has to stay in the garage for tonight. That can't be any good for him, the birds will be hungry tommorrow though. There'll be more cardinals outside than a Roman Catholic convention.:D

7. 39 F
Not too cold.

We had to stop feeding birds because there are too many stray cats in this neighborhood (I think someone feeds them). We were providing them a hunting ground!

high of 70. That's SoCal. Crap-less weather, but I miss the nice, really cold weather we used to get in Virginia and Colorado.

16. You're all wimps!
It's 10 below zero here in Minneapolis. The forecast low for tonight is -20. When I came home from choir practice on Wednesday night, it was -14. That's air temperature, people, not wind chill. The high today was below zero.

These are the temperatures that I remember from my earlier years, and strangely, I don't mind them as much as I thought I would. My full-length down coast and ski gloves are doing their job.

My only hope is that these temperatures will continue long enough to inspire all the Texas Republicans (who moved up here during the mild years in search of new states to wreck) to go back to Texas.

27. Bison kicked some ass 83-58!!!
I was in the middle of the rowdiest part of the student section. We totally psychologically damaged that whole Sioux team with our chants.

I was in the 2nd row, and I shouted/asked coach Glas of the Sioux (who was sporting a shitty haircut), "Hey Coach Glas!! When you got that haircut, and you went ahead and tipped the barber the customary 15 percent, you gave him 6 cents, right???"

Ahhh, it's sweeeeet going into Division I like this.
