Do they send you a link to the post in question, or say "hey, when you said *this* it was inappropriate, etc. Just curious.

11. It's very straight-forward.

They send you the actual post, and you click on a link acknowledging that you will abide by the rules. The message also includes a link to lodge and appeal. :)
