NYSE uses 'warp speed' in its commercials. Should Paramount sue?
Remember, Paramount threw a big fit over (and sued) IBM for its product "OS/2 Warp".

Now if "OS/2 Warp" wasn't directly tied to a speed and NYSE states outright "Warp speed", where's Paramount this time?
