My brother-in-law and sister-i-l just passed their citizenship tests!

Up until recently, Indian nationals could not hold dual citizenship, but India changed the policy.

Now I'm working on my husband to become a citizen--politically, he's a nudge to the right of me; which is still WAY to the left.

Edit: stupid typo in the SL!

2. My BiL is coming around a bit, but he makes bookoo bucks,
so taxes are a big thing with him. Still, I'm very proud of them.

My partner is a former Indian national who just took the oath a few weeks ago. He said that he thought the dual citizenship package they passed isn't really "dual citizenship" but more of a symbolic thing to avoid having to get travel visas. Do you know any more about it?
