Oneighty--tomorrow marks one year since he left us

Keph made LBN his own for along time .He was so smart , funny , and compassionate . It was a knife in the heart when he passed . NostramJ was a wise and valuable DUer. His death was our loss.

6. I was just thinking of him yesterday

Some words drifted into my brain and I was thinking who said that? and a minute later 180 came to me and I remembered it was him. Maybe it was a subconscious thing marking his passing.

He told me that he was sick , and would soon die. He said I would soon forget him.

I vowed to him that I would never forget him , and I never will.

Tomorrow I will listen to Mozart in his honor.

10. I too think of him often.

To me it seems like so much longer than a year since he's been gone. I was thinking of him just a few days ago, and I was certain that it was two years already. I guess not. There's the same size hole in my heart, regardless.

I miss you, Ed, and I always will. You were so talented, so kind and such an inspiration.

I knew that the times were very close to each other, and it kind of freaked out some DU'ers at the time....but I have spoken to both of these people....

They were very kind-hearted and thoughtful...and also posted shit that just made you think and want to respond...there are plenty of DU'ers who have posted here in the past that STILL have an influence on this place that are no longer with us now. Some of them were here WELL before I even started posting here ( 2004, I think? ). I don't know, anymore....but it seems their influence is alive and well here on Democratic Underground...and that will never change.

I miss the sweetness of his writing. I miss the things about him that made him unique, and I still have his wonderful journal blogrolled in mine so I can read it every now and then.

I had a postcard ready to send to Ed during his last days and on the morning I was gonna send it, I saw the announcement here that he had passed. For some reason, I kept that postcard in the back of my journal. :(

I could not believe he was not there . I logged on to my computer , and there was an e mail from Pattie. It was over

52. I think Ed was extremely intuitive.

I believe he felt our love. Of all the DUers whose paths I've crossed via PM, he was the most gentle, kind and humble. His legacy, I believe, is his way of _being_. That's something I can smile about on the anniversary of his physical death. :)
