You know ONE of the things I hate?
When people don't return the shopping carts back to any of the several shopping cart collection racks the markets provide. Why leave them in the middle of a parking place? Why let it ramble around on its own? Why shove it next to my car?

MOVE YOUR FAT ASSES AND RETURN THE GODDAMNED CARTS! The extra 25-30 steps will do you good anyway!

There - now I feel better (for a bit, anyway).

1. Agreed.....
I make it a point to park as close to one of the buggy corrals as possible- it's where your least likely to get hit by a stray buggy.

2. Sometimes it's not possible
When I shop with my 3.5 year old and my 10-month old, I'm often reluctant to pile them in the car and then walk the cart the 50 yards to the corral, for a host of reasons. If it isn't a busy parking lot, my older son can certainly walk alongside me while I carry the younger, but if it's a crazy mall lot, I'm not comfortable with it.

Of course, that doesn't justify every cart scattered about the lot, but...

4. My dear Bullwinkle!
Am I ever with you on this one!

Especially when they pile them up in the space next to the handicapped spaces!

Those blue-striped areas are NOT for shopping carts, idiots!

Aaaaaaaaaaargh...:banghead:

7. You now what I hate even more? When there aren't enough of the corrals
or they're not emptied frequently.

I've noticed that when the store keeps on top of it and the distance from an average space to a rack is minimal very few people let the carts wander.

9. In a well armed society, people would always return their carts... just to be polite
and not get shot.
