No matter if your stomach is about to explode when you leave the restaurant -- an hour later you'll feel like you had a normal, moderate lunch.

But you'll be thirsty. Soy sauce is a bitch.

BURP!

4. All-you-can-eat here. US$ 9 total. Including sodas.
And it wasn't BAD sushi either. Not the other fancy all-you-can-eat I like best (that would have set me back about $13), but good sushi. And sunomono, spring rolls and three sodas.

Cruel, ain't I?

18. I am the opposite of you
I can drink any hard alchohol, but I'm alergic to beer. If I drink it, I turn bright red and my face gets hot.

I love sushi. I'm in the middle of the desert right now, the closest sushi is an hour away. So frustrating. But in a few months I'm moving to Toronto, where I will eat nothing but Sushi, Thai and Indian food until I get sick of it.

6. Eight Tekka Maki rolls for $5.50
At the neighborhood grocery store deli. Just make sure to go on Tuesday or Thursday, since that's when the fishes are flown in.

(That's at the Jenifer Street Market, if there are any other Madisonians reading this).

It was good, very good. And yes, Shoyu makes me thirsty.

16. I always make too much ...
I try to make tekkamaki regularly, to keep in practice -- but it's not really worth the effort to assemble the ingredients unless I make at least 8 rolls. Since I live alone, I usually end up giving half of it to my landlord's family -- so I have to make sure they're not away for the weekend.
