Poll question: How do you pronounce "grocery"?
As in... "I'm going to the grocery store?"

And am I the only one in the world who hates the sound of the "gross-ery" pronunciation?

12. Kansas pronunciation= gro-shur-ee
I pronounce it grow-sir-ee.. (the proper way :)..)

Kansans also say "supper" instead of dinner..(dinner is what they call lunch)

they also say ung-yun instead of un-yon

some of the older folks there still say et.. as in "have you et, yet?"
