1. You are awake
because you just woke up?

6. just started a pot of 'fancy' coffee here
I used to be able to drink just any old swill, but my wife got me hooked on the flavored stuff and now...well, I just need, ok...it's a problem :-)

theProdigal <---wondering why 'aching?'

8. I'm up doing homework
but now taking a DU midnight break. I work best between 1 and 5 in the AM (everyone else is asleep), and will go back to sleep after I finish up.

9. Understand.
I think some of my best ideas come from 3AM. Or some of my craziest ones. :)

10. not many people wanted to play...
oh well...but here's the deal. My neighbor's dogs woke up my little girl! Barking their fool heads off at 3:00...we couldn't get her back to sleep.

So, what should I do? Kill the dogs? Might offend the neighbors, but damn...this has been happening too much lately. We have a noise ordinance in the county which specifically addresses this, but I don't want to start a neighborhood feud. Geez, what a mess...
