Hepa filters?? BAH, on Hepa filters! Matcom bought me a vacuum once with a hepa filter...and it didn't suck! That is right, the thing was horrible!! Wouldn't pick up a spec of lint! I tossed it and went back to my 'NON Hepa Filter' vacuum that I have had for 19 years now...works like a charm and cleans ever better...:loveya: And thanks for the B-day wishes! When are you and the Ms. M coming to see us???

Wish you could have sent some up here! We had almost 'no measurable' rain for the month of August! That means it was under half an inch! We usually get an average of three inches in August. We are on a very strick water ban right now, pretty much no outside watering, no car washing, no driveway cleaning, or sidewalk cleaning(although the last two I do with a broom not a hose).

68. I think you got our weather!

Most of the summer months, June, July and August, we average 3 inches of rain...Spring and Fall is usually more. This year was bad...June was OK, but July and August was well below normal. Even September is low. Mass will not have a good foliage year, but the rest of northern NE will. They got all the rain! My Dad in Maine got a ton of rain, and their trees are starting to turn. He said the colors will be spectacular this year! sigh...I hate dull foliage! :loveya:
