Baked chukar and pheasant with some egg drop soup?

from KFC. I had them last night, and hit the spot.

3. I had lowly chicken soup

But I made it myself.

I'd brought a package of leg/thigh portions, but some of them had the backs connected. I cut them off and was about to throw them away, but I could feel my mother glaring at me from 30 miles away. So I boiled them until tender, skimmed off the fat, threw in some stir-fry frozen veggies and some raw pasta, simmered, et voila!

Fried Onions

I couldn't imagine liver without the fried onions.

Do you like your onions browned and crispy, or soft and translucent?

With liver, I go for soft and translucent. A big heaping pile of 'em, too. YUM!!
