I totally avoid that..one of my few trips to the ER in life was a bad case of food poisoning from salmon that was not thoroughly cooked...felt like that "alien" in my upper chest!

10. Wow - I haven't had cooked salmon in a long time
Seared, yes. Though I guess taht in the stew we made a few times, hat's definitely cooked salmon.

Normally, we eat it just barely cooked on the outside, or raw.

11. Which is fine if it's super fresh and has been properly handled
not so good if it sat out on a line partially cooked..the WORST part was I was at a business dinner...almost pulled a "poppy on the prime minister" with my client!

We have an all you can eat Sushi/Seafood place over here. Whenever there is a special event, my family always goes there.

Sorry about the food poisoning. That happens sometimes.

12. I bet it's really good there in Hawaii too!!!!!!!!!
I used to live in Okinawa. I ate so much damn sushi I had it coming out of my ears. Now that I'm back in the states, I can't find a really good place. :(

9. I love sushi!
Once us gals were in Florida for Nun-A-Thon '94 and we hogged out at a sushi bag. Sake shooters and sushi. Oh you should have seen the look on Rev. Mother's face when I submitted that expence!
