So...I'm reading Ouspensky for the first time

1. Expect nothing....

I hope your first experience is "In search of the Miraculous."

Follow as far as your intuition allows.

Ouspensky is the most mind blowing, refreshing, rewarding work I have ever experienced. The fact that the most important stuff is literally indescribable makes me only love it more. Enjoy. Follow everything if you can. You will never regreat it.

2. I picked up "The Psychology of Man's Possible Evolution"

Ouspensky is frequently mentioned by other authors that I like, so I felt it was about time to pick something up.

3. Strange...that is exactly how I "discovered" Ouspensky.

What a trip...I hope you are able to really devote some attention to his writings. The Psychology of Mans Possible Evolution is a FANTASTIC book. Don't be afraid to savor a really good story in "Miraculous." When I studited Ouspensky I was thankful that I read "In search of the Miraculous" first. "The Psychology of Man's Possible Evolution," along with "The Fourth Way" could be considered dry of cold for some readers not familure with the teachings.

I hope you are prepared....I guess you are or you would not be approaching the writings. Don't ever be afraid. EVERYTHING in Ouspensky is GREAT stuff. All verifiable and worth verifing by yourself.
