One benfit to her running the conservative bastion a few years ago was her insistance on writing the most bizarre, least logical, poorly written, badly reasoned, editorials about things of which she knew nothing.

An example?

She did a long piece on the need to use rockets to MOVE THE EARTH FURTHER AWAY FROM THE SUN to solve the global warming problem.

11. C-span has had a LOT of repubes on for weeks

..under the guise of "analyzing" the race.. Sure.. .. It's disheartening to think that either there are NO democratic reporters left, or c-span does not even try to get some fairness across..

Their format gives the automatic egde to the repubes..

a dispassionate and non-intervening "host", reading selected snippets of news,and alternating calls.. then a "guest" who sits there un-opposed , free to spin away, while the callers who DO get through are cut off without even finishing their thought...

Next guest.. either a Cato or Heritage or Federalist person who is only too happy to poibt out the error of our ways..

Next guest.. some assistant to the under secretary of something or other who drones on and on about nothing...

Next guest..space exploration, or monument placement, or some other inane subject for a POLITICAL show..

They give us a miniscule 3 hour show, and clutter it up with republican talking points and non-political stuff..

Most days, I watch Washington Journal, and after it's over, I don't feel like anything was gained..

They could tweak the format and actually have some real debate, but they take the "easy" way out.. They rely on guests who are obviously "supplied" to them...and they let all of us down..
