Kitty pics...kittens vs. adults- dial up warning
So I am in need of cheer and I realized that nothing cheers me faster than a kitty pic thread. With the kitten pictures lately I went back to the pics of my monsters from June of 06 when I got them..they were so small and now they are huge (but still cute) kitties. I think it would be fun for others to post little vs. big pictures too...

Finally heres a cute picture of them sleeping:

My furbabies have grown so much!

1. Oh, how cute!!
Names. I require names. ;)

Alas, I'm not home yet, so no new kitten pictures from me. :( Though I will try to take some of her and post here in...well, probably about 2 hours.

:hi:

2. Sophie and Smokie
Smokie is the one sitting on the computer, and I believe that Sophie is the one sitting in my purse. Hard to tell from the pictures who is whom they are sooo alike (sisters)

5. They're cute.
But do they like sleeping that close to the kitty litter?

Just curious.

6. Actually, it looks like they're actually on a sheepskiny type fabric
I thought it was a litterbox at first, too, but look closer ... it's a bed.

9. Oh that was when I first got them and they were shy ferals
Edited on Thu Aug-23-07 06:52 AM by turtlensue
I kept them locked in that small room for about a week (and for that time they really weren't interested in coming out anyway). Often they slept behind the washing machines. Now of course they sleep wherever they want...usually on or around me...

On edit..they have cat beds elsewhere but they still find the laundry room a safe haven and often return in there when they are alarmed. I would move it away from the litter box, but they seem to like sleeping in that bed from time to time...heck when they were little they would sit and play IN THE LITTERBOX (even after they had freedom to roam elsewhere). What can I say? They are a little weird...

11. We had a stray from the woods that would come into our house and sleep in the kitty litter...
our indoor-outdoor cat, Bean, rarely used it, so it was okay.

These ferals seem to have taken to life at your house just fine! Well done!
