It's good to have friends

Have I mentioned that I'm a fag hag? Well, I am, and I've had my "fag friend" (his term) since college-28 years now. He's a pastor too, and I called him last night (he lives about an hour and a half away) and told him I feel shitty. We talked for a long time, and then he said he was going on vacation, but gave me all the numbers where he could be reached, and insisted I call if I'm down.

And I just thought how nice it is, how good, to have people who really care.

6. He's my best friend

He was "Man of Honor" in my wedding. No longer have any contact with the guy who was the groom, but I still have my fag friend. Even now that he's married. Friendship is a wonderful thing.
