Am I paranoid?

I've had this on my mind for a couple of days now.

This is about the relationship between my husband and his ex-wife. I wasn't privy to the conversations between them when she was contemplating moving in with us, he handled that. I have a feeling, however that it was partly psychological. I think that he convinced her that she couldn't hack it by herself.

Fast forward to today. We had a chat the other day, I think I may have mentioned it here (I'm too lazy to go look) concerning the relationship between my son, his GF and me. Supposedly they are being mean and not feeding me. So I'm thinking, is he trying to pull something?

A few years ago, Lesley decided to move out. She went to live with a couple of her friends who were also blind. He made he life miserable until she moved back in. He bad mouthed her friends, complained about having to go there to pick her up for a visit, snarky comments about the apartment, etc. He kept this up until she caved in.

When I think about his 'let's be friends' shtick and his 'worry' that my son and his GF not treating me right I wonder...am I just being paranoid? Or is there something to it?

5. hmmm...

...I think you're right, but I don't see anything good coming of asking the questions or bringing up the issues. I don't see where I can have any kind of cordial relationship with him. He's already at the cordial stage. I want to kick his ass. How am I going to move past the anger? :banghead:
