I need browser help concerning embedded video

I use IE7 and somehow last week I must have messed something up. I tried figuring it out but am getting nowhere.

All embedded video is giving me red X like below.

It sucks cause it happens on Myspace and all the funny videos people link me. I can play video via YouTube like this example

It Plays the song.

I just cannot see the embedded ones. I guess thats the case. I'm saying "embedded" as an educated guess.

Any suggestions ideas that don't involve "get a different browser?"

1. try clearing out...

...your temp internet files. The videos I have linked at my blog were not showing up and the wordpress tech suggested it. That fixed it. Oh and....
