xtra garlic if you want
can of diced green chilies

can of RoTel
can of beef or chicken broth, or equivalent
2 cans of black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups of frozen corn

brown the meat, add the taco and dressing mixes, onions, garlic carrots and celery.
cook, add water to keep from burning. Then add the rest of ingredients and simmer until you are ready to eat it. Good Crockpot recipe.

3. Whoaaa!
Very good call on the taco soup! I make mine a little different but either way that's the stuff!!!

I make it double portion and then we eat it all week. Do that every other month or so. Excellent!

I was going to suggest the same thing!

mine's kind of a mish mash of things.....brown some meat with taco seasoning, add a few cans of vegetable soup, tomatoes, chopped veggies, etc.

2. Hamburger Stroganoff
HAMBURGER STROGANOFF

You need:

1 pound of lean ground beef
1 can cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms, drained
1 onion
Noodles or rice
Sour cream

Brown the ground beef and onions until no pink shows in the meat, drain off any fat. If you use extra lean beef, you won’t have any fat to speak of. In fact, you may need to add a little oil or butter to keep the meat from burning.

Once the meat is cooked, add the can of soup and about ½ can of water.
Mix well and add the can of mushrooms.

Let this cook a few minutes until it is nicely blended.

I like to add some good paprika to it, but that is personal taste.

Once it is all done and right before you are ready to serve it, add about ½ cup of sour cream (of course you can add more if you like it), and stir it in well.

Serve over hot noodles or rice.

Reheats well in micro wave, Also you can double or triple it really easy if you are having a bunch of friends over.

5. Take the beef, sit him down, then grind on him.
:hide:

Wait, that's how to make ground beef.

If you want a recipe, get some whipped cream, toss for 30 minutes, and voila...
